The Cove Membership

The Cove is situated in an idyllic setting over looking Lamorna Cove, the view from the Terrace looks down the luscious valley to the turquoise sea. Situated on the Terrace is the Gazebo cocktail bar and heated swimming pool. The exclusive membership will allow you to relax and take the time to enjoy the luxurious facilities.

Our packages include:

  • Use of the Sauna and Spa
  • Use of a towel, robe and slippers

One Day Membership £45 (Children £20)
The one day membership is the ideal gift for a friend or for a one off special treat with all the benefits above. It includes unlimited use of the terrace, swimming pool, sauna, spa and gardens plus a one course lunch, tea or coffee or a glass of the house wine**

One week Membership £90 (Children £30)
To use the facilities if you are staying locally, one week membership includes unlimited use of the terrace, swimming pool, sauna, spa and gardens throughout the week, plus lunch, tea or coffee or a glass of the house wine** twice a week.

20 Visit Membership £450 (Children £220)
This package is perfect over the summer month’s and is ideal for locals looking for somewhere special to relax or second home owners who visit Cornwall on a regular basis. It includes unlimited use of the terrace, swimming pool, sauna, spa and gardens plus a one course lunch per visit, tea or coffee or a glass of the house wine**

The facilities are available every day from 7am – 7pm.

Brunch is served 11am – 12.30pm lunch 12.00pm – 2.30pm and evening meals 7.30pm – 9.00pm. Children’s High tea is available from 5.30pm – 6.00pm.

Cornish cream teas are available as a replacement for one of the lunch courses and can be booked from 1.00pm.

*The swimming pool is not open during winter months

Shiatsu

Shiatsu literally means ‘finger pressure massage’ gentle pressure is applied to points along the meridians to release blocked energy and stimulate blood flow. Valerie Stagg has a Diploma in Shiatsu massage and is also an independent Reiki teacher/master.

Reiki

Reiki is an ancient healing art, consisting of laying the hands on energy centres directly on or slightly above the body.

Holistic

Holistic Massage will relax and tone your muscles, assist the venous flow of your blood, encourage your lymphatic flow, strengthen your digestive, nervous and immune system, and stretch the connective tissue of your joints. Kerstin is fully qualified in Holistic Massage, specialising in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage.

Indian Head Massage

Firm and gentle strokes and rhythms are used to help un-knot blockages and relieve the uncomfortable build-up of tension.

Reflexology

The practice of working on the feet and sometimes hands by massaging, squeezing, or pushing with the aim to encourage a beneficial effect on other parts of the body, or to improve general health.

Hot Stone Massage

Stone layout is along both sides of the spine, the heat from the stones relaxes muscles and increases the blood flow to the area being worked on. The therapist massages the body with oiled, heated stones held in the palm of the hand with firm strokes along the muscles of the legs, arms, and torso areas.

Rejuvanessence

This is a rejuvenating facial therapy, sometimes known as the 'Fingertip Face Lift', a precise massage of the 91 muscles of the face, neck, skull and shoulders, combined with stimulation of the facial connective tissue to make it more elastic and flexible. 5 session course £225 "facial refresher" session £45.

Private Yoga Sessions

Leif Olsen can visit the for a private yoga session.  Leif trained with Devon School of Yoga and teaches an eclectic style, she is also trained in Pregnancy yoga and is a practicing Holistic Childbirth Teacher. £55 per session

Terms and Conditions

  • Children aged 3 – 15 years. There is no charge for Children under 3 years old
  • Children are forbidden to use the swimming pool without the supervision of an adult
  • Please leave at least two hours after eating before using the swimming pool
  • Never use the pool under the influence of alcohol
  • Small dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead

Swimming Pool

  • Open from 8am – 7pm
  • Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult
  • This pool does not have a lifeguard and should be used at your own risk
  • No dogs are permitted in the swimming pool
  • Please leave towels at the poolside after use

Sauna

  • Open from 8am – 7pm
  • Children are not allowed in the Sauna
  • These facilities is unmanned and therefore should be used at your own risk
  • Please inform reception when you wish to use the sauna so it can be heated prior to your arrival and not be too crowded
