The Silver Dolphin Centre is based in Penzance in beautiful Mounts Bay, as a 5 star IDC Centre they run a full program of PADI dive courses, from Discover Scuba to Instructor training. They are the longest established PADI dive centre in Penzance and pride themselves on being family friendly. They also run marine conservation projects and training courses.

You can now complete this course at the Silver Dolphin Centre with e-learning, so your theory session is completed before you come to Cornwall. Diving at Lamorna

Lamorna is a small cove with a harbour and is situated about 5 miles SW of Penzance. The inlet is sandy with kelp covered granite boulders to either side and is used by local clubs for training and winter diving.

In late summer Lamorna is a fantastic spot for a night dive and there is an amazing variety of marine life. Just outside the harbour there can often be seen shoals of Sand Eels with Pollock feeding upon them, over to the East, bordering the rocks are large numbers of Red Mullet that allow you to approach to within inches before darting off.
